Content you create: audio replies, optional text responses (if enabled), and any metadata required to deliver the Service.
Usage information: interactions such as plays, likes, follows, and in-app actions to operate and improve the Service.
Device & log data: IP address, device identifiers, app version, and crash logs for security and reliability.
Approximate location: may be inferred from IP for compliance and time-based features (e.g., local “after 10PM” access).

How We Use Your Information

Operate and maintain AftrDark, including delivering nightly questions and enabling replies.
Personalize your experience and show relevant content.
Improve performance, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance features.
Protect the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms and community rules.
Send service-related messages (e.g., confirmations, security notices, and account support).

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information.
Your profile and content may be visible to other users depending on your settings and how the Service works.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as safety, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance). When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize information consistent with our deletion process and legal obligations.
